What is the Internet doing to our souls? “Circled Existence” is the darkly shimmering, musical answer from the multi-award-winning composer.  Talk show on December 8 #WTF3000 #WTF3000 (WhatTheFact3000) is the show we’ve always dreamed of. Insanely wild music on fake videos meets cats and bunnies. They host the evening. At the center of the debate, Nataly Bleuel, Marina Weisband, former Pirate politician, Anke Domscheit-Berg from the DIE LINKE parliamentary group, Dr Theresa Züger from the Humboldt Institute for Internet and Society, Liane Mallinger from the #ichbinhier initiative and Mateja Meded get to the bottom of a crucial question of our digitally driven social media present: How do we escape the capitalized affect machine? How do we maintain democracy, overview and a cool head in a wonderfully complex world? How do we remain free and decent without going mad? The Marc Sinan Company provides the musical soundtrack together with special guest Paul Frick. Tobias Rausch will be directing the evening.  

Workshops on 7. & December 8 “FactChecking” To accompany the evening performances, young people and Silver Surfers (70+) can try out the techniques of fact checking together in a workshop. They will work with workshop leaders from the Nemetschek Foundation to create small performative interventions for the theatrical talk show that will take place on the evening of December 8. Players can test their knowledge online under the hashtag #WhatTheFact. The participants put their assumptions to the test and develop their own questions, with which they lead the viewers of the talk show #WTF3000 onto the factual slippery slope in an interactive quiz.
